How To Feel Better Naturally!
If I told you I had a tried and true, easy way to feel better naturally would you do it? I hope you answered, "Of course!" Great! Then read on!
Do you wish you could turn off the constant chatter in your mind? Would you like to take a break from the constant thoughts and pressure and anxiety they create? Would you like to feel more relaxed and at ease?
The good news is you can. There is a way.
The "way" is to give your mind a rest. Just like our bodies need rest, our minds do too. You may say, "But when I sleep, doesn't my mind rest?" Yes, it does. But that's a different kind of rest.
The kind of rest I'm referring to is a conscious rest, a break from the constant barrage of thoughts - thousands and thousands a day.
In those thousands of thoughts a day, how many are ones that make you feel good? Not enough, huh?
Our thoughts can be like a train running without an engineer. Out of control! Ouch!
Wouldn't you like to slow down the train? Get a better grip? Here's how. Meditate.
I know, I know, for some of you, you may say, "Meditate, I can't do that!" "I've tried it, I can't stop my thoughts." Or, "That doesn't work!"
We didn't learn how to ride a bike on the first try, or learn how to swim the first time in the water, or learn how to drive a car the first time we tried. But we kept doing it, got better at it, and had so much fun when we learned how!
That's what meditation can do for you. Give yourself a chance to learn it, use it, and you will reap the benefits from it.

It's the exact same thing with our mind. Stress, anxiety, pressure, all negative thinking is telling us our mind is in need of care. When we take care of our minds, we feel better.
Find a quiet place, turn on the audio, and let my voice lead you to a place of release from the daily pressures, a place to slow down, and rest.
Thoughts will come up as you meditate. It doesn't mean it's not working. You will learn more and more to gently release them, let them go and return your focus as you're lead through the meditation.
